Mostar
On our short trip, we visited a town called Mostar, which took its name from the wooden bridge (Croatian most) which in old, medieval town was bringing together two parts of it divided by the Neretva River.
The easiest way to get there for us was by our car, as we were driving from the Croatian part of Dalmatia.

Stari Most
In the 16th century the wooden bridge was replaced with the stone one, then destroyed by Croatians in times of conflict and in 2004 rebuilt, thanks to international help. Now it is a place, where Red Bull Cliff Diving event is taking place every year.

Kravica Waterfalls
Our second stop in Bosnia was Kravica Waterfalls in Zapadno-Hercegovački Canton, just 40km (around 50 minutes) driving from Mostar.
It is an amazing place to sunbathe or cool in the really freezing water swimming or climbing on the waterfalls during the hot August day. It also has a few bars with cold refreshing drinks and snacks, so you can spend there the whole day.
